Manager (Readiness)

(What the role is)

• Assist Senior Manager to implement policies, plans, systems and schemes to enhance PA's and GROs' capabilities to strengthen community engagement, community emergency preparedness and responsiveness.
• Assist Senior Manager to facilitate and co-ordinate projects and programmes with GROs, volunteers and community partners to widen residents' outreach and deepen engagement through EP.

(What you will be working on)

• Assist Senior Manager to implement PA's response plans, coordinating instructions, CONOPs and public comms for NE and CE crises such as heatwave, train disruption, chemical incidents, fire incidents and COVID-19 and other crises as determined by PA senior management.

• Assist Senior Manager in the set-up and operation of PA Crisis Operations Centre/Command Post to oversee PA's emergency operations during NE/CE.
