Manager Quality Control (80-100%)

Ophtapharm AG is an FDA/EU-GMP certified manufacturer in the pharmaceutical sector (ophthalmic products). At our production site in Hettlingen near Winterthur, high-quality products such as eye drops, ointments, and gels are aseptically produced, filled, and packaged for international markets.

You lead and develop the Quality Control department of a sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing site and ensure reliable, compliant, and timely analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Together with your team, you drive quality, laboratory performance, continuous improvement, and inspection readiness in a highly regulated GMP environment.

To strengthen our Quality organization, we are looking for a hands‑on, quality‑focused and people‑oriented leader to join us at our site in Hettlingen near Winterthur as Manager Quality Control (80–100%), starting as soon as possible or by agreement.
