Product Research Manager, Publishing Editorial
In close collaboration with your Senior Manager in MSP, you will manage individual contributors on the Codes Editorial team of Attorney Editors based in Manila. The team focuses on statutes, administrative codes, and court rules in the US and UK. This position is based in Manila and uses a hybrid‑working model.
Responsibilities
- People Management: coach contributors, support communication between Senior Manager and the team, model behaviors, communicate performance and goals, provide guidance and direction, attract talent, set development goals, give feedback, resolve team issues, adapt quickly.
