As the Manager of Public Sector Solutions Architects, you will lead a team of Solutions Architects serving public sector customers. This role sits at the intersection of technical strategy, customer outcomes, and team leadership. You will support high‑impact public sector opportunities, guide technical presales work from planning through monitoring, and help your team connect GitLab’s DevSecOps platform to each customer’s business and mission needs. In your first year you will strengthen team execution, improve cross‑functional collaboration, and coach Solutions Architects to deliver consistent technical leadership across strategic engagements.
