Prepare budget with inputs from key stakeholders and facilitate approvals3. Prepare and signoff project plans with aggregate COEs & Project team, CDMM , SSU & Manufacturing. (From concept to production)4. Identify risks, prioritise risks , plan risk response and track them 5. Track & monitor projects as per signed off project plan. Collaborate with the team for identifying risks & critical issues. Plan , execute & track risk mitigation & mitigation actions (for critical issues) with the CFT.
