Manager, Project Procurement (VAN00JS)
We are currently recruiting for a Manager, Project Procurement. The position is full-time and based in either Vancouver, British Columbia, Calgary, AB, or Edmonton, AB.
Responsibilities
Senior level Manager, Project Procurement and single point of accountability for SC performance on Major Project. Western Canada mining market and logistics expertise.
Oversees end to end project supply chain management for mining projects, encompassing procurement, contracting, logistics, expediting, materials management, and traffic/transportation, across EPC and EPCM delivery models.
In addition to project specific accountability, it is expected that the manager will also take “hands on” responsibility for the preparation of some subcontracts and purchase orders if required.
Attending and chairing meetings, providing SC updates and reports as well as liaising with the client.
