ROLE OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Vice‑President, Programs and Partnerships, the Manager, Programs and Partnerships Development supports CICan’s strategic growth and positioning through the development of domestic and international programs, partnerships and revenue‑generating opportunities aligned with CICan’s Roadmap to 2030 and the renewed Programs & Partnerships platform strategy.
The Manager is responsible for identifying, assessing, and advancing strategic business development opportunities that mobilize the expertise of CICan members in support of Canada’s workforce development, innovation, reconciliation, productivity and international engagement priorities. Working closely with the Directors of Domestic and International Programs, the Manager contributes to the development of large‑scale programs and coordinated system‑level initiatives that position CICan as a national platform for workforce development, economic partnerships and innovation.
