This customer‑facing, billable position engages customers in a consultative capacity and provides specialized expertise around NiCE products, the contact center industry, and related ecosystem topics.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer product installations are completed within contract timelines.
- Accurately adjust customer accounts and invoice appropriate fees.
- Provide clear interpretation of NiCE suite capabilities to reduce company liability.
- Track hours for customer billing and keep travel costs within budget.
- Support upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
