Key Responsibilities: * Responsible for the performance of a production / manufacturing sector through hierarchical animation of teams * Responsible to optimize manufacturing resources and utilize real time shopfloor management (people, animation, system ) to meet customer demand and its variation * Responsible to drive decision making through manufacturing task execution, Performance KPI's monitoring in order to meet expected levels of Safety, Quality, Service level and Efficiency. * Ability to identify, analyse and implement improvements to the technical limit of our manufacturing process. * Ability to use an appropriate Continuous Improvement method (e.g. Go Do It, A3 problem solving, 8D, Kaizen, Lean 6 Sigma etc.) to improve processes by identifying & then reducing waste, variation & defects, meeting the needs of the Customer & Business.
