Manager - Product Development & Delivery

The role serves as a key liaison between Business and IT to drive the successful delivery of product, fund and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment to business objectives, customer outcomes and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, support effective implementation, and proactively manage delivery and operational risks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract, analyse and validate business requirements (including Day 2 functionality).
• Assess and articulate business impacts arising from changes in requirements, process rules, or application enhancement and recommend practical and workable options that addresses business needs.
• Coordinate requirements across sub systems and platforms, proactively identify and manage inter system dependencies, and drive follow through with teams to ensure successful and timely implementation.
