Manager, Product Definition- Compressor

What will your day‑to‑day look like?

• Manage assigned program tasks within budget and schedule; track progress to milestones.
• Prioritize, plan, and distribute work to team members.
• Coordinate workload with other product definition groups in Canada and Poland as needed.
• Review and approve engineering change documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance as needed and ensure appropriate subject matter expertise is consulted to solve design or quality problems.
• Be responsible for evaluating team and individual performance.
• Support recruiting, hiring activities and development of team members.
• Participate in / lead improvement initiatives within the product definition organization.

What do you need to be successful?

• College degree in Engineering Technology with a minimum of 10 years of experience; or Engineering Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience. <...
