Position SummaryThe Indirect Procurement Manager will lead a team responsible for managing company‐wide indirect spend, including categories such as capital projects, travel, marketing, professional services, MRO, and facilities.This role will develop and execute sourcing strategies, partner with internal stakeholders to align business needs with procurement goals, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.The position reports to the Senior Procurement Manager and manages a team of buyers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of sourcing strategies for all indirect spend categories.Manage and mentor a team of sourcing professionals; set goals, provide coaching, and drive performance.Partner cross‐functionally with business units to understand needs, align on sourcing initiatives, and ensure procurement adds value beyond cost savings.Conduct supplier market analysis, RFPs, negotiations, and contract development.Drive supplier consolidation a...
