What is the opportunity?
Working with the Director, Sourcing Execution, this role will influence sourcing decisions, drive supplier consolidation and cost savings efforts. The role will partner with senior management to proactively develop strategies for low/medium risk sourcing initiatives. It will gather and analyze data to help create playbooks and strategies to support the different business models for services currently under contract and prepare findings for senior management. The role will develop and negotiate contract strategies that provide cost effective, sustainable solutions to RBC businesses, optimizing total value generated from RBC’s supplier base.
