Overview
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager to lead source‐cost improvement programs within the Electrophysiology business.
The role reports to the Senior Manager, PMO and collaborates with Supply Chain Procurement business engagement leads, category leads, and the E2E SC COGS Optimization team to deliver financial results.
Responsibilities
Program Management of source‐cost improvement initiatives, collaborating with the Supply Chain Procurement team to evolve ideation processes and sustain a value‐delivery pipeline.
Maintain portfolio performance tools by developing and updating dashboards, scorecards, and trackers; deliver data‐driven analyses and reports to senior leadership.
