We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a team responsible for maintaining static data for multiple Middle Office and Fund Administration clients. The role involves contact with clients and external parties, ensuring static data readiness for fund launches, and updating exceptions for Middle Office and Fund Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 4–8 FTEs located in Manila, Philippines.
• Maintain static data across Middle Office and Fund Administration clients to meet agreed quality, timing and output targets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, brokers, custodians and other external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely preparation of data for fund launches and resolve updates required for Middle Office and Fund Administration exceptions.
• Support onboarding of new clients directly in the SSO, ensuring BAU delivery from day one.
