Manager - Processing - Middle Office (static Data - UK)

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Processing.

The Opportunity

The role is responsible for managing a team working on the maintenance of static data for multiple Middle Office and Fund Admin clients within agreed quality, timing and output targets. The role involves contact with clients and other external parties such as brokers and custodians. The job holder is responsible for ensuring static data is ready for fund launches and updates are made to clear Middle Office and Fund Admin exceptions.

In this role, you will:

• Manage 4-8 FTEs.
• Oversee static data maintenance for multiple Middle Office and Fund Admin clients.
• Ensure data ready for fund launches and resolve exceptions.
• Engage with clients and external parties (brokers, custodians) to support data transfer and integrity.
• Lead the Mid-Office team based in Manila, Philippines.
