Event Manager – Programs & Events Position Summary The Event Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise programs, training initiatives, leadership events, and large-scale organizational experiences in both virtual and in-person environments. This role drives end-to-end event delivery, stakeholder alignment, participant engagement, operational execution, and continuous program improvement while ensuring a high-quality attendee experience. This position is not a remote position. Expected to be in office 100% of the time. Successful candidate must live in or around Bentonville, AR.
