The Manager, Process & Performance Improvement is a member of the Engineering Excellence team, responsible for establishing a fit‑for‑purpose engineering work process, with a focus on continuous improvement and meeting required governance. Responsibilities

Establish and maintain engineering design processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards. Provide governance and oversight to ensure consistency across projects in alignment, processes, and execution.
