Responsibilities
- Responsible for global price delivery, security set up & static data for North America, Continental European and Asian clients.
- Responsible to develop and create the centre of excellence, EDM in Malaysia.
- Support America’s offshore model through EDM.
- Accountable for the quality of the services delivered & for the management of a team or an activity - First level of escalation.
- Accountable for procedures' validation and implementation and setting clear business objectives for all reports appraisals.
- Promote quality client service by motivating, coaching and developing team members.
- Identify and share development and training needs, design training plan for the year.
