Policy Initiatives

  • Day-to-day vendor management to clarify policy discrepancies, investigate transactions, and ensure vendors follow BMO Policy.
  • Support strategic initiatives through competitive analysis and research, policy and risk proposals to keep broker channel policy competitive.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to complete policy changes, communications, and updates for lender policy and handbook, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Support the senior manager on weekly and monthly policy reporting; a data-driven mindset is highly appreciated.

Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

  • Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
