Manager, Policy

The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to the development and maintenance of the DFSA’s policy framework which includes, but is not limited to:

• developing the DFSA’s regulatory policy framework through distinct thematic research (including benchmarking with best regulatory practices and international regulatory standards and risk analysis and market understanding) in areas such as capital markets, funds, technology and innovation, digital assets, banking, insurance, AML/CTF based on organisational priorities; and
• engagement and communication activities with a variety of private and public stakeholders via multiple communication channels (e.g., development of regulatory guidance materials, and, addressing internal and external policy questions).
