Roles, Responsibilities, Duties
Leadership Development
- Take a lead role in delivering Leadership programs as directed.
- Responsibilities include facilitating sessions, engaging with participants and stakeholders, managing program logistics such as scheduling, participant communications, session preparation, and post-session follow-up, and tracking program impact and outcomes.
- Deliver psychometric assessment debrief and feedback sessions for employees as required.
Talent Management
