Job Description

As Manager, People Business Partnering , you will lead a team of People Business Partners to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving the people strategy for our various business units to power GetGo’s growth. You will translate business priorities into a clear people roadmap, while building a high-performing team and influencing leaders to make better people decisions. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable with strategy and execution, and who brings both commercial thinking and a genuine care for people.
