Job Responsibilities
1. Process Maintenance
- Responsible for maintenance and reliability of process equipment including Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Softgel Encapsulation machines.
- Ensure preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all production equipment.
- Minimize equipment downtime and improve machine availability through effective maintenance planning.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
2. Packing Maintenance
- Responsible for maintenance of high-speed Bottle and Blister Packing machines.
- Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure optimum machine performance.
