Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Associate Provost & University Registrar, the Manager, Operations and Special Projects is responsible for the administrative management of the Registrar’s office. This includes overseeing day‑to‑day business operations, human resources management, financial activities, office and stakeholder communications and contracts, events and special projects.

Job also provides operational support to the Academic Advising Centre and Campus Card office assisting with various administrative functions, process improvements and troubleshooting operational issues that arise, as directed by the Associate Provost & University Registrar. This role ensures smooth collaboration between the Registrar’s office, Academic Advising Centre, and Enrolment Management department, including coordinating events and supporting cross‑office projects.
