Manager, Operations Performance

JOB SUMMARY

The Manager, Operations Performance, is accountable for owning and advancing SE Health’s operational performance and financial management reporting infrastructure. The Manager acts as the architect and facilitator of standardized performance and financial reporting, ensuring consistent KPI definitions, enterprise reporting cascades, disciplined performance review cadences, and C‑suite ready reporting products. Working in partnership with operations leaders, the Manager supports the annual budgeting cycle, variance analysis, root cause analysis and action planning to drive performance against measurable targets. By aligning operational and financial performance metrics to organizational priorities and strategic outcomes, the Manager enables leadership to move from reporting to insight and action.
