Overview

Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is a fast-growing international organization operating in dynamic, highly seasonal industries such as sports, apparel and performance gear.

We are looking for a strategic, analytical and transformational EU Operations Director to lead end-to-end operational performance across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial and operational relationship with EMEA 3PL partners, including contract negotiations and performance management.
• Coordinate closely with US Global Planning on demand signals, inventory strategy and S&O inputs.
• Ensure alignment with general sourcing strategies and operational standards.
• Identify and execute cost optimisation initiatives in partnership with Global Logistics leadership.
