Responsibilities

• Responsible for Production and supervision of Manufacturing Production activities, ensuring maximum use of employees and materials within budget, cost, quality, and standards.
• Drive improvement actions and report weekly on KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory.
• Focus on continuous improvement.
• Attend daily production/planning meetings.
• Participate in the budgeting process, managing costs to achieve production and absorption variance targets.
• Support customer delivery expedites.
• Maintain acceptable performance for delivery confirmations within 48 hours, clean in‑transit inventories, clean STO aging, CAPA aging, and production order aging.
