Manager, Operational Risk Quality Assurance and Methodology

What's the opportunity?

You will act as the first line of defense for operational risk, responsible for assisting PB & CB business and functions in identifying and mitigating operational risk. You will monitor adherence of PB & CB’s ORM practices with enterprise ORM program requirements. You will provide PB & CB leaders with advice and subject matter expertise regarding operational risk management in support of effective operational risks management and mitigation. You will support ORM Governance team and work as a back-up for other team members when needed.

What will you do?

• Support the development of PB & CB’s Operational Risk Management methodology documents and maintain the methodology documents on PPL, ensuring they are up to date.
• Produce quality assurance reports to monitor adherence of PB & CB’s ORM practices with enterprise program requirements leveraging RBC AI tools.
