Overview

Job Description: Drivess the optimization and oversight of fleet performance and asset monitoring operations, ensuring maximum operational efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Fleet & Asset Monitoring and Performance Management to ensure economical voyage execution, efficient coordination of fleet activities, and incident response, with a focus on marine operations and ship management activities.
• Support all ADP operated vessels (Owned and Chartered vessels) to approve and execute a safe and economical voyage while maintaining schedules as provided by ADP / Charterers
• Provide guidance on routing, fuel optimization, navigation, and asset allocation based on real-time data, weather forecast reading, and predictive analytics.
