Quantum is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager of Sales Support to lead and scale our order‑to‑cash support function within our growing Guadalajara office. This role plays a critical part in enabling a high‑performing global sales organization by ensuring operational excellence, process efficiency, and a superior customer experience.
This leader will oversee end-to-end order management processes, drive continuous improvement, and partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Operations to support revenue execution and business growth.
