In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Cybersecurity, Privacy & HIM, leading a dedicated team to ensure the organization’s privacy obligations are met efficiently. Your responsibilities include managing risk, educating staff, and refining processes while engaging stakeholders on best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document risks and benefits of new privacy processes
• Lead and coach the privacy team effectively
• Conduct environmental scans of peer organization policies
• Negotiate resolutions for complaints and challenges
• Monitor team workload to ensure compliance
Requirements:
• 7 years managing teams in privacy or risk
• Strong knowledge of PHIPA and FIPPA standards
