As the Payroll and Benefits Manager, you'll oversee payroll processes and manage benefits administration in accordance with state regulations for Canada and the US. You will collaborate with Talent Systems and contribute to enhancing current programs while fostering a supportive environment for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review bi-weekly payroll for accuracy and timeliness
• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance
• Develop and document necessary payroll procedures
