Manager of Engineering – LV MCC (Low Voltage Motor Control Center)

Location: Queretaro, Mexico

Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of engineering managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales, project management, and manufacturing, to define project requirements and deliverables. Drive the design and development of LV MCC systems and solutions in close coordination with the Sales Engineering team, including schematics creation and layout design. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations throughout the engineering process. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful project completion.
