Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of business cases and RFP processes
• Continuously improve customer service strategies for luxury experiences
• Guide a team in prioritizing tasks and achieving goals
• Manage customer service and IT projects effectively
• Drive enhancements in Salesforce and monitor chatbot performance
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Management or related field
• At least 5 years leading customer service projects
