About the Opportunity
The Site OHS Manager will provide leadership and oversight for the site, establishing strong working relationships with the site leadership team and employees to foster an OHS culture of excellence. The manager supports the implementation of the health and safety management system, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements and maintaining best practices in health, safety, and environment. Position reports to Plant Manager.
Responsibilities
- Implement an environment, health and safety management system based on ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and internal requirements.
- Maintain ISO 14001 certification where required.
- Support safety leadership development and act as a coach on the behaviour‑based program.
