**Manager NPI & CPE**
+ Coordinate and participate with local and abroad R&D teams on design for manufacturability and implementation of new products in the production line
+ Monitor and interact with R&D project managers, system engineers and designers to optimize design for operations needs
+ Optimize and manage design changes for contract manufacturing and full turnkey (DFX)
+ Manage and control Turnkey activities for system building/subunits local and overseas
+ Conduct ECO processes to assure system quality, manufacturability and improvements
