Johnson Controls, a global leader in thermal management and building systems, is seeking a Manager, NoLA Payroll to lead payroll operations across Mexico, Costa Rica, and Peru.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Operations Delivery
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing using Workday, PeopleNet, UKG and Softland.
  • Manage payroll cycles, validations, reconciliations, and approvals.
  • Ensure accurate processing of earnings, deductions, and statutory requirements.
• Compliance & Governance
  • Maintain knowledge of payroll regulations in Mexico, Costa Rica and Peru.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls.
  • Partner with Legal, HR, and Finance to mitigate risks.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage payroll vendors and ensure SLA adherence.
