Every wind farm project we build is massive, complex, and financially significant. Within our regional Project Management Office (PMO) for the Mediterranean (MED), this role sits at the intersection of quality assurance and financial performance. This position has a fully regional scope covering all countries within the MED business unit, making it a key role for aligning quality, cost recovery, and project success across diverse international teams.
What You Will Do
- Lead a Multicultural Team: Manage, mentor, and develop a geographically dispersed team of 5–6 professionals across the Mediterranean region.
- Oversee the Claims Lifecycle: Supervise all product notifications and non-conformances (NCRs) during project execution. Perform root cause analysis and implement immediate actions to recover costs and avoid extra expenses.
