Within your team, your essential role will be:
- to plan, organize and control all operational and human resources management activities in accordance with the Jean Coutu Group's standards;
- to ensure that the commercial image respects the Jean Coutu Group's standards;
- to hire the personnel required for the smooth running of the pharmacy;
- supervise his/her work team, see to their training and evaluate them;
- to plan the budget for the pharmacy.
To hold this position, the person must:
- have management experience.
