Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Role Purpose Drive component and system localization initiatives to reduce cost, improve supply resilience, and strengthen supplier competitiveness while ensuring quality, delivery, and governance compliance. Key Responsibilities Localization Management Identify and execute import‑to‑local (I2L) and supplier localization opportunities across commodities. Lead localization feasibility, supplier onboarding, and part qualification activities. Coordinate ECN, PPAP, VAVE, and trial builds for localized parts. Ensure localization aligns with VOB, MRD, SOP timelines, and project gateways. Cost Reduction & Value Engineering Drive cost saving initiatives through design optimization, sourcing strategies, re‑negotiation, and VAVE proposals.
