Job Description: Upstream Planning Role Purpose The Upstream Planning Leader is responsible for organizing and optimizing upstream supply chain flows with suppliers to enhance overall supplier performance. The role ensures accurate forecasting, efficient logistics management, and consistency in key supply chain parameters to support plant operations and business continuity. Key Responsibilities 1. Supplier Flow & Performance Management Organize and manage upstream flows with suppliers to improve supply chain performance (ISSR, S-OTD, UBOL). Set, validate, and release supplier forecasts. Define and manage logistics terms and conditions with suppliers. Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of supply parameters such as: Replenishment lead time Order quantity and batch size Delivery frequency Stocking policies 2.
