Tiivistelmä työpaikkailmoituksesta:

• You will lead maintenance investment and improvement projects and oversee major turnaround and shutdown planning at UPM’s Lappeenranta biorefinery.
• You will manage and develop a team of seven specialists and coordinate closely with production, procurement, engineering, safety and external vendors.
• You will drive maintenance development and digitalization, including system integration and data‑driven reporting to improve reliability, efficiency and lifecycle costs.
• Applicants should hold a relevant technical degree, have process‑industry project and turnaround experience, be fluent in Finnish and English, and apply by August 9, 2026 via UPM's online application system.
