Role Summary
To lead and manage outbound transportation operations for finished goods, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery to customers, depots, or distributors while optimizing logistics performance and service levels.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute outbound transportation (Full Truck Loads, Part Truck Loads, Courier movements) plans aligned with dispatch schedules and customer commitments.
Ensure timely vehicle placement and dispatch from plants, warehouses, and distribution centers.
Optimize route planning and load consolidation to maximize vehicle utilization and reduce freight costs.
Monitor daily shipment movement and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
Identify, onboard, and develop reliable transporter/vendor base across regions.
