The Role
Koch is seeking for a professional with Linux experience and a passion for the Linux platform as well as for coaching and developing other Linux engineers. The right person combines this Linux DNA with hard-earned experience of what it takes to support critical production systems.
This role will combine operational and governance responsibilities with participating in projects to modernize, optimize, and evolve our Linux offering. As a Linux Team Lead, you will be accountable for delivering rock-solid operations to our internal customers and delegating work to the right people on the team to meet operational objectives, ensure participation in operational improvement and capabilities development efforts, and help staff get opportunities to advance toward their career development goals.
