Join BOQ Group as a Manager Line 1 Risk Compliance within our Group Risk and People & Culture team, where you will play a key role in strengthening risk management practices, supporting compliance obligations, and fostering a proactive risk culture across the business.
Working closely with stakeholders, business leaders, Group Risk and Internal Audit, you will provide practical and commercially focused risk advice that supports informed decision-making while ensuring alignment with the Group’s Risk Management Framework and regulatory requirements.
This role offers the opportunity to influence business outcomes by driving control improvements, supporting risk governance activities, assessing risk impacts associated with change initiatives, and helping to build an effective and sustainable control environment.
