As a Manager in Line 1 Rick Compliance, you’ll sit right at the heart of where that happens, working alongside the business to embed strong, practical compliance into everyday decision-making.
This is a role where you’ll partner closely with business leaders to translate regulatory obligations into real, workable controls that support both performance and accountability. You’ll lead the design and uplift of key controls, guide the management of compliance risks and events, and provide thoughtful, pragmatic advice that helps the business navigate an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.
