Manager, Time Attendance

Responsible for owning the planning, implementation, and service delivery for the Lifecycle Time Attendance team at Remote. Reports to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Operations Time Attendance and leads a remote, international team to deliver compliance services in over 80 countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide, coach, and develop direct reports to build a high‑performing Time Attendance team.
• Foster a positive team culture across international borders in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Lead performance management, including bi‑annual evaluations and alignment of team goals with business objectives.
• Drive recruitment, training, mentoring, and supervision of the regional team.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert and final escalation point on high‑risk Time Attendance issues (wage‑hour disputes, policy interpretation, disciplinary matters).
