Manager, Lease Accounting (18 month contract)

The Manager, Finance and Accounting leads a team of 3–5 analysts in overseeing financial results and providing strategic analysis across multiple portfolios and business units.
Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting and OversightOversee financial reporting across a multi‑asset, multi‑entity portfolio, including review of monthly results at both the asset and sector level.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Oxford’s standards and expectations.
Direct the team’s completion of month‑end activities, including review of third‑party reporting, key performance indicators, and variance analysis against budgets.
Ensure accurate consolidation and timely submissions to Corporate and senior stakeholders.
Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring consistent application of accounting standards (local GAAP or IFRS).
Review calculation of tenant’s CAM/Tax recoveries.
