Manager Lean Ambassador (Continuous Improvement)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading and Management of all LEAN topics across the MDC
• Lead, develop and manage a direct team (e.g. LEAN and BI/continuous improvement staff), including performance management, coaching, capability building and succession, fostering an engaged and high-performing team.
• Provide cross-functional (transversal) leadership across the operation, aligning process owners, shifts and support areas to deliver the site's goals and KPIs, and embedding a sustainable continuous improvement culture throughout the DC.
• Function as a change agent. Continuously challenge the way things are done. Promote creativity and out of the box thinking.
• Regularly conduct internal Lean audits to monitor progress.
• Responsibility for optimal use of Labor Management tool within DC incl. labor planning & performance management
